- Concealed plumbing works with shower provisions using standard materials; necessary tap points in toilets.
- Each flat: one white western closet with flush tank in attached toilet and one Indian closet in common toilet (Parryware or equivalent).
- Wall mixer for hot & cold water in both toilets.
- White wash basins provided.
- Ceiling: One coat of white cement + two coats of emulsion.
- Inner: Two coats of putty + one coat primer + two coats of emulsion.
- Outer: One coat white cement + two coats of emulsion.
- All doors, windows & grills finished with enamel paint.
- Kota / Shabath / Granite / Terracotta tiles.
- Common facilities & common borewell.
- Overhead tank and all-round compound walls with grill gate.
- Septic tank (where applicable).
- Four light points.
- Two fan points & one chandelier point.
- Four plug points and one TV point.
Bed Room / Master Bedroom
- Three light points.
- One fan point.
- Three plug points.
- AC provision & one TV point.
- Three 5A points, two light points, exhaust fan point.
- Two 15A plugs, one 15A combined switch & socket.
- Two light points, two plug points and one fan point.
- One light point, one exhaust point and one geyser point.
- One washing machine point.
- Two light points in utility areas.
Note
The following items do not come within the purview of this agreement:
- Safety grills in entrance and rear door.
- Balcony grills.
- Electrical points and tap points other than our specifications.
- Materials other than our standard supplied by customer will not be entertained/used by company; provisions will be provided.
